In addition to your own quaint space, you have access to your own private server and expedited food and drink preparation.
We ask that your party arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your reservation time.
You will be escorted to the igloo by your private server at the start of your reservation time. At that time, you will be given dinner menus and have your drink order taken.
Your dinner orders will be taken in the first 30 minutes of your reservation and held in the kitchen until you’re ready to dine. Depending on your party size, we ask that your order is expedited no less than 45 minutes before the end of your reservation. We want you to have time to eat and relax without feeling rushed! Dinner orders can always be expedited before that if you would prefer to eat first and enjoy the rest of your stay relaxing, having dessert or enjoying after dinner cocktails.
15 minutes before the end of your reservation, your server will bring your check, which will give you time to settle your bill, finish drinks, etc.
If you have any other inquires, please feel free to call the restaurant during business hours to speak to a member of staff who can assist you.
**Recommended party size is a maximum of 6 people**
(Up to 8 people can be accommodated. However, please keep in mind that spacing will be tight for your party and your server.)
The igloo may be reserved for dining only by calling the restaurant Thursday through Saturday between 4:00 and 9:00 pm, or Sunday morning between 8:00 am and 1:00 pm.
Emails, direct messages, texts or messages left on the answering machine will not be answered.
Thursday, Friday and Saturday Night Slots:

A credit card is required at the time of making the reservation. Reservations will not be secured without a credit card. Your credit card will not be charged, nor do you have to use the same credit card to pay your dinner bill. Credit card information is only taken in case of incidentals (late cancellations, no-shows, etc).
(Please see below regarding Breakfast & New Year's Eve reservations, as they vary slightly.)
When you place your reservation, we will inform you of your "Minimum Spend Amount" (MSA). This is the minimum amount your dinner bill has to be, calculated by multiplying $50 by the number of people in your party.
For example, if you reserve a table for four, your "Minimum Spend Amount" (MSA) will be $200.
If your final bill does not reach this amount, you have the option to purchase a bottle of wine or desserts to-go to cover the difference. Your deposit will be deducted from your final bill at the end of your visit.
An automatic gratuity of 20% will be added to your final bill and does not contribute toward your MSA.
You are always more than welcome to tip your server more if you’d like to show gratitude for your excellent service!
If in the unfortunate event you should need to cancel your reservation, you may do so, without penalty, provided it is done within the following time frames:
24-48 hours prior – No Charge
8-12 hours prior – 50% of your MSA will be charged to the card given when making your reservation
2-7 hours prior or No-Show – 100% of your MSA will be charged to the card
Messages left on the answering machine informing us of your cancelation will be accepted, as we are not open 24 hours a day.
We ARE in the Northwoods! If there is inclement weather, or it is simply too cold to dine comfortably, your card will not be charged for the cancelation.
Natural wear and tear on the igloo will occur. However, should any unacceptable damage be made to the igloo during your stay, you will be charged for repairs, or in the worst case scenario, replacement of the igloo.
If a reservation is not available on the date or time of your preference, you may choose to be added to a waitlist in the event there is a cancelation. We will call you if a spot opens up!
You can also reserve the igloo for our Sunday breakfast! There are two slots available on Sunday mornings (9:00 and 11:00 am).
Breakfast MSA is calculated by multiplying $20 by the number of people in your party.
